I am a newish Poshmark seller, what I am not is the typical Poshmark Demographic.

First, I’m Male, the average user on this site is Female, probably about a 6:1 ratio, Poshmark does not disclose user demographics so this is just a guess.

Second, I am A Generation-X individual, I’m older than the average user by about 20 to 30 years or so. Most of the users are Xenials and Millennials

But I am a firm believer in having a side hustle, I have had a side hustle almost all my life, except that when I started my side hustle it was called “Moonlighting” a term used to describe another hourly paid job after regular office hours, often at night, thus the term Moonlighting.

My side hustles have been invaluable at times where a company has gone bankrupt on me or been sold in a merger situation and I was not taken on by the acquiring company; my side hustle saved my finances on multiple occasions. My side hustles also paid or a couple of trips to Europe, and a majority of my student loans when I graduated.
