I watch a You Tuber that is very successful. They are travel related Tubers, and it would seem like they are doing it all. The reality is they have built a business, even though you only see the two of them on camera, they actually have built three companies, have hired managers in the background to run most of it. They have a staff of over 25 people behind what looks like a two person You Tube Channel. This type of situation can really skew what success looks like and what it actually takes in the real world.

My wife also watches a lady who is a lifestyle Tuber, and I don't know how many staff she has, but it is several than I am aware of.

You don't run a You Tube channel with a million plus subscribers without staff.
