My wife has a complicated rare eye disease, and at least at one of her ophthalmologist appointments was 6 hours late, the fellow, one of the leading ophthalmologists in our state, finally saw her at 4:40PM, 3 hours after the physical office had closed. We used to go to another one in another city, it was not much better, and we were also in a specialty eye clinic hospital based program and it regularly rant 2.3 to 3 hours late as well.
